Certain matters concerning Kenedix Residential Next Investment Corporation (KDR) provided in the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations or articles of incorporation (changes in the articles of incorporation, appointment and dismissal of executive directors and supervisory directors, etc.) are decided by the General Shareholders' Meeting comprised of unitholders. KDR's General Shareholders' Meeting is held at least once every two years within the 23 wards of Tokyo.
