(“KFM”), the asset management company for KDXR, have recognized the importance of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) considerations in real estate management and identified the enhancement of sustainability as one of the material topics for our business to realize a sustainable society as a corporate responsibility and established the sustainability and environmental policies aiming to reduce environmental burden and cooperate with stakeholders.
In particular, as part of environmental initiatives, KDXR has been actively promoting green buildings by acquiring environmental certifications and evaluations from external evaluation organizations. KDXR is one of the first J-REITs to participate in GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) Real Estate Assessment and has received “Green Star” for 12 consecutive years.
Also, KDXR is striving for asset management that contributes to mid- to long-term profit for unitholders by conducting customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis to improve tenant satisfaction.
